Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.

Processing time

Your coffee is roasted on demand after you order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders arrive in 1–5 business days via USPS, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes and cancellations

Because we start roasting quickly, please contact us through our contact form within 6 hours of placing your order to change your shipping address or cancel. After that, your order may already be in production.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 14 days through our contact form and we'll help make it right.
